Due to it’s comfort and lightweight it is ideal to use at home. In addition, it is easy to transport. Therefore, you can take it to your yoga class, meditation hall, retreat, and outdoor spaces.

Extra Comfort: Our Zabuton acts as a base for a meditation cushion. Provides great comfort for ankles, legs and knees when sitting cross-legged on a zafu or bench.

Wadding Fill: As a result of its wadding filling, this pillow is the lightest for meditation. It is made of a 3-layer mini-futon filled with 100% high quality cotton wadding. The yoga zabuton helps you reach a deeper and more relaxed state of mind.

Ecological and Washable: its cover is completely removable to wash as many times as necessary in the washing machine (30º) and it is easy to remove/put on due to its velcro opening system. We have designed this cover with SOFT TOUCH technology that provides an incredibly soft touch.
